For the third time in its twenty-four-year history the Band of Long Island (BOLI) has been honored with an invitation to play at the Annual Conference of the Association of Concert Bands (ACB).
The ACB National Conference is a prestigious event, bringing together select bands from across the United States to perform for an audience that includes not only the public, but also conductors and ensembles which have achieved similar distinction in the field.
This year the conference takes place in April 2019. If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation to help offset the expenses incurred in sending BOLI to the ACB Conference, please send your check to the Band of Long Island, PO Box 4246, Great Neck, NY 11023, marking it “2019 ACB Conference.”
All contributions designated for the ACB National Conference will be acknowledged in the concert program when the band gives its performance.

The Band of Long Island is a full concert band and includes: Flutes, piccolos, oboes, English horn, clarinets, bassoons, saxophones, French horns, trumpets, trombones, euphonium, tubas, string bass, percussion, timpani, xylophone, chimes.
